Frequently asked questions

Are you currently acception commissions?

I take on very limited custom work throughout the year. I will typically post on Instagram when I am accepting Portrait commissions, and any other commissioned projects are accepted based on type and time. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Where do you ship?

At this time, I only offer shipping within Canada on my shop offerings. If you are in the U.S., you can find all of my prints on my INPRNT shop. If you live outside of Canada and are interested in commissioned work, you can contact me for shipping estimates.

Can I track my package?

Yes! All packages are sent through Canada Post. You have the option of tracking (which I would recommend for original pieces and fine art prints), or you can choose Lettermail for no tracking (a great option for stationery pieces).

What is your return policy?

I do not offer returns on any products, however, I do want you to be happy with your purchase so if there are any issues when your package arrives, please let me know so we can work on a solution.

Are your products eco-friendly?

It is important to me to cause as little impact to the earth as I can while running this small shop. I use sustainable supplies to print my artwork on a small scale, and choose 100% recycled paper for any printing done outside of my home studio. Prints are enclosed in a clear plant-based compostable bag that can be added to your city compost, and all packaging products are eco-friendly and reusable.

What mediums do you work in?

I mainly work with watercolour, traditional gouache and pencil crayon, but love to take time to experiment with different supplies and mediums. I use Procreate and Photoshop to edit my work.
