SALES

All pricing is in Canadian dollars. International customers are responsible for any duties, customs, and brokerage fees that may be applied to your order on it’s arrival to your country.

SHIPPING + RETURNS

If choosing ‘lettermail’ shipping option, please note that there is NO TRACKING in order to provide a more affordable option. Standard shipping includes a tracking number.

Delivery times are as followed:

Within Canada 2-7 business days

United States 7-10 business days

International 2 weeks

Shipping times are estimated, and typically increase during the holiday season.

All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and we can find a solution. Please email wonderfolkstudio@gmail.com with any concerns.

Please allow up to 5 days for your items to be shipped. Orders are usually shipped through Canada Post and Wonder Folk is not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost while in transit.

SAFETY

Goods sold from Wonder Folk are not to be used as toys, and require adult supervision. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by their use.
